Cancellation & Refund Policy

At RR INNOVATIONS AND TECHNOLOGIES, we are committed to providing excellent customer service. To that end, we offer a flexible cancellation policy, subject to the following conditions:

Cancellations will only be accepted if the request is made immediately after placing the order. If the order has already been communicated to the vendor/merchant and the shipping process has started, we may not be able to process the cancellation.

We do not accept cancellations for perishable items such as flowers, food, etc. However, if the quality of the product is unsatisfactory, a refund or replacement can be arranged, provided the customer demonstrates the issue.

If you receive damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our Customer Service team. The request will be reviewed once the merchant has inspected and confirmed the issue. You must report the problem within 7 days of receiving the product.

If the product you receive is not as shown on the website or does not meet your expectations, please inform our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving the product. After reviewing your complaint, our team will determine the appropriate course of action.

For issues related to products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly.

If a refund is approved by RR INNOVATIONS AND TECHNOLOGIES, it may take between 16 to 30 days for the refund to be processed and credited to the customer.
